Consoler of the Lonely, an homage to one of our favorite winter beers, is a light and hazy Belgian Ale uses a traditional Belgian Wit malt bill and yeast, but forgoes the typical kettle spicing. This allows the clove and banana flavors of the yeast to shine, along with a distinct breadiness from wheat, oats, Pilsner and Vienna malts. The perfect pick me up on a cold blustery winter night.
