Passing The Hat (Bourbon Barrel) - Baltic Porter - 9.5% ABV - 25 IBU

After 4 months in a Four Roses barrel, it was an easy call to release this beer to the public.  Time has made a smooth beer even smoother, while picking up some complexity from the vanillins of the oak and Bourbon.  Sweet, but not cloying, this is a dangerous sipper given the deceptively high alcohol content.
